Your Opportunity: Navitor Specialty Products, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join the team onsite at our North Mankato, MN facility! Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Requirements
- 1+ experience in a Customer Service related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of printing process and pricing
- Strong computer experience with a preference in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Work with our customers and sales representatives by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Enter and process orders with our internal systems
- Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers
- Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
