The purpose of this position is to provide customer service through telephone or direct contact and perform clerical functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responds to telephone or UNICOM inquiries for a variety of information. Assists customers by obtaining information or records, responding to inquiries, directing visitors to proper department, and scheduling appointments. Prepares, verifies, and balances a variety of routine logs and reports. Performs office duties by filing, typing, sorting and delivering messages and packages and ensuring proper supply inventory and equipment functioning. Documents customer information from the general public regarding complaints, service requests, commendations, surveys, and general inquiries. Supplemental Functions: Performs other similar duties as required.
