Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist customers with policy details, claims inquiries, and billing or premium-related questions
  • Review policy coverage to determine eligibility and respond appropriately
  • Compare policy information and clarify misunderstandings to ensure accurate communication
  • Provide information on insurance products, process coverage requests, and manage account cancellations
  • Support customers with complaint resolution while maintaining a high level of service
