The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections. Customer Service Specialists will be taking inbound calls but may have to place an outbound call to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling (will be scored on % of leads per call and "booking" next appointment for a tech to come out for an inspection. Specialists will take anywhere from 80-100 calls a day. Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
