Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfortable working rotating weekend shifts
  • Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
  • Must be able to work on‑site each day

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
  • Provide accurate information and assist with customer inquiries
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Document interactions and update customer records
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
