About The Position

HelloGov AI is a Miami-based startup transforming how people interact with government services. Using advanced artificial intelligence, they streamline complex processes like passports, travel visas, and vehicle registration. Located in the heart of Brickell, their vision is to make the customer experience seamless through their marketplace of trusted couriers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience on every call. Through direct outbound outreach, you will assist customers with their applications, address inquiries, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. This is a high-volume, customer-centric position with around 200 calls per day, where success means upholding the highest standard of service on every interaction.

Requirements

1+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Proven de-escalation skills and ability to manage high call volume
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving ability
Experience with CRM or customer-facing tools (training provided)
Highly organized, punctual, and self-directed
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a results-driven mindset
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (background check required)

Responsibilities

Conduct up to 200 outbound customer calls daily
Support customers through passport, visa, and registration application processes
Manage escalations with professionalism, resolving concerns effectively and efficiently
Strengthen customer retention by proactively addressing cancellation and refund requests
Gather and share customer feedback to help enhance services and internal processes
