About The Position

A Customer Service Representative at Print NW oversees projects from beginning to end and acts as the main link between customers, sales representatives, and production teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote
  • High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player
  • Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks
  • Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation
  • Periodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departments
  • Occasionally required to lif t and move materials, products samples, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial printing experience is a bonus but not a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects at once, making sure deadlines are met
  • Stay in regular contact with both customers and sales representatives
  • Work closely with Sales to confirm customer needs and expectations are understood
  • Keep customers informed with updates and respond to questions
  • Send and obtain approval on proofs before production
  • Identify potential issues early and suggest solutions
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
