Our business provides a broad range of home inspection services to include: building inspections, radon testing, sewer lateral inspections, gas mechanical inspections, wood destroying insect inspections and mold sampling. We are currently seeking a detail oriented, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This candidate will ideally possess the following: Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills Great active listening skills Comfortability working in fast-paced environments Capability to learn software systems relatively easily Strong phone and verbal communication skills Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Outlook & Word
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9-5
Nice To Haves
- Background in real estate or previous real estate knowledge is helpful
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Scheduling inspections with clients, real estate agents and third-party vendors
- Efficiently educating customers on the different packages and services offered
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with clients
- Communicating and coordinating effectively with internal departments
- Following company processes accurately and efficiently
