About The Position

Foster Blue Water Oil, LLC seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Decker Bulk Plant . Position Duties and Responsibilities: Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints. Assist customers at the counter. Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled) Processing customer orders. Posting payments daily in the computer system. Reconciling daily deposits. Filing and scanning documents. Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS). If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Requirements

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional
