Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer service experiences.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved
