About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our domestic customers, ensuring their inquiries, orders, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and walk throughout the workday as needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant education or experience may be considered in lieu)
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of product specs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with domestic customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process quotations, purchase orders, and claims accurately
  • Update customers, sales reps, and internal stakeholders on order status and changes
  • Interpret and enter technical drawings into the system as required
  • Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with management to grow and maintain customer accounts
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
