Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role serves as a vital point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, and providing accurate quotations. Collaboration with various company departments is essential to guarantee exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM
  • Strong decision-making abilities and leadership skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for efficient networking and process coordination.
  • Highly motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing timely, accurate solutions and communicating effectively across internal teams.
  • Manage customer data and transactions in SAP and Salesforce, including entering purchase orders and processing quotations utilizing excellent organizational skills and displaying excellent attention to detail.
  • Working with Accounting contacts, resolving discrepancies and supporting billing-related issues for customers.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, planning, and production to ensure material availability to issue quotations and fulfill customer orders to ensure customer receives an order on time.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to offer customers accurate guidance, assistance and resolve any technical questions with assistance from CAE dept.
  • Collaborate with customer and Aftersales department to process claims for product returns.
  • Administer reoccurring meetings with customers on their open order or any future projects in the horizon.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Sales team, keeping them informed of any critical issues affecting customer orders.
  • Overseeing and adjusting customer forecasts to maintain reliable product availability.
  • Promote collaboration by supporting colleagues, communicating regularly with the Customer Service Manager, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and assist in updating departmental procedures.
