Whether assisting with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims, or guiding members through online selfâservice tools and coverage options, you’ll embody our commitment to making protection easy, honest, and personal. Role: A Customer Service Representative is the agency's front-line responder that answers customer inquiries received via email, telephone/voicemail and face to face interaction. Key duties include processing policy adjustments and assisting customers with billing, claims and general questions about their insurance coverages. This position also can and will be expected to produce new insurance production through these customer interactions.
