As a Customer Service Representative, you will accurately and efficiently process customer purchase orders, back orders, credits, return authorizations, quotations, and other sales-related functions. This may be received directly from the customer delegated by Account Manager or Account Representative. On a typical day, you will: Take orders over the phone, and through email Provide 2nd level support for Counter Sales Assist customers with product explanations, pricing, availability, and suggest additional/related items that are helpful or required. Maintain knowledge of and promote our entire e-business platform. Call the Credit Department as needed regarding credit hold orders. Assemble drawings and cut sheets.
