What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and voice of the nonprofit campaigns you represent. Every day brings something new. You will:

  • Represent amazing nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and outreach pop-ups
  • Start genuine, friendly conversations with the public (no sales pressure!)
  • Share powerful stories about causes like education, environment, healthcare, and more
  • Teach people how they can get involved and support mission-driven programs
  • Build relationships that inspire long-term support
  • Work as part of a fun, supportive outreach team
  • Bring energy, positivity, and passion to every event
  • Are outgoing, energetic, and love meeting new people
  • Have strong communication skills

  • Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
