EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide superb customer service assistance in support of the Facility Logistics Services Division at the FBI Facilities in Washington D.C. This role involves responding to facility and logistics service requests from customers via phone, email, and in person. The representative will input service requests into the CAFM/Tririga system, create minor reports, and ensure accurate data entry. Key responsibilities also include making follow-up calls on urgent service requests, immediately notifying the Senior Duty Manager or Duty Supervisor and appropriate shop lead on urgent matters, and responding to parking and reservation requests by issuing permits and providing confirmations. This position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Local 99.
