About The Position

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide superb customer service assistance in support of the Facility Logistics Services Division at the FBI Facilities in Washington D.C. This role involves responding to facility and logistics service requests from customers via phone, email, and in person. The representative will input service requests into the CAFM/Tririga system, create minor reports, and ensure accurate data entry. Key responsibilities also include making follow-up calls on urgent service requests, immediately notifying the Senior Duty Manager or Duty Supervisor and appropriate shop lead on urgent matters, and responding to parking and reservation requests by issuing permits and providing confirmations. This position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Local 99.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must have strong oral communication and interpersonal skills and posses computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.
  • Possess basic typing skills
  • Ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service assistance in support of the Facilities Logistics Services Division at the FBI Facility in Washington, D.C.
  • Respond to facility and logistics service requests from customers via phone, email and in person
  • Input service requests in the CAFM/Tririga system and create minor reports.
  • Ensure that accurate and quality data is being entered into the system to include verification if required.
  • Make follow up calls on all urgent service requests.
  • Immediately notify the Senior Duty Manager or Duty Supervisor and the appropriate shop lead on all urgent matters.
  • Respond to parking requests received via phone, email or in person and issue permits in accordance with the parking policy.
  • Respond to reservation requests via email and in person and provided reservation confirmations via email.
