About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Jeff Belzer service department team dedicated to resolving customer issues in a prompt, professional and friendly manner while focusing on positive customer experiences. Our dealership is a fast paced environment and requires someone who can multitask. This position is the first point of contact at our dealership and it is essential that you provide a good impression to our customers whether in person or on the phone. This position is primarily responsible for providing world-class customer service and responding to inquiries from our customers. This includes providing prompt and courteous service to customers, service advisors, and service managers in regard to customer questions or issues.
