Description Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and in person Process orders, payments, returns, and customer accounts Provide accurate product and policy information Resolve customer concerns and initiate paint match requests Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and AR/Credit teams Maintain accurate customer records Identify opportunities to recommend additional products Qualifications: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Positive, customer‑focused attitude Comfortable using computer systems (ERP/CRM experience a plus) High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience preferred, not required —training provided Schedule & Environment: Day shift Office‑based role with occasional walking and light lifting (up to 20 lbs) Learn more about us at www.finishworks.com
