Our Regional Energy Company has an open Customer Service position. Managerial experience is a plus. The Customer Service Representative position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve issues. Excellent communication skills and data entry skills are essential for candidates. Basic duties consist of: Receiving and assisting walk-in customers and call-in customers with inquiries regarding their account status, applying payments, and assisting with services needed. Other clerical and administrative tasks are required as are determined by the office. Managerial tasks may include but are not limited to supporting the VP and Accounting Team with: Payables Daily logistics and dispatch for service calls/installations and deliveries (bulk and cylinder) Cash handling and management – ie. audits, deposits Inventory management Personnel management
