About The Position

Christ Panos Foods is seeking an energetic and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inside sales, customer service, order entry, account support, and food distribution. You will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting orders, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
  • Experience in food distribution, foodservice, or wholesale strongly preferred
  • Strong phone, email, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving mindset with a customer first attitude

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for customer accounts
  • Process customer orders via phone, email, and order management systems
  • Provide product information, pricing, availability, and order status updates
  • Support inside sales activities including upselling, cross-selling, and promotions
  • Address and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records, pricing, and account details
  • Handle high volume, inbound and outbound customer communication
  • Other duties as assigned
