About The Position

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative position. This is a part-time position with required travel between our two locations in Ennis and Glen Rose Texas. The successful candidate will be a motivated, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills – able to operate our Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. They will perform general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience CSR/dispatch experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operate scales in dispatch and delivery of products or material
  • Answer customer calls
  • Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as accounts payable, etc.
  • Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities
  • Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division
  • May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
  • Reliable transportation
