About The Position

The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers. Customer service is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and generally providing a higher level of customer support. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Requirements

Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
A High School diploma or equivalent
Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between customer and salesperson
Provide product and services information to customers.
Resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Process orders, prepare correspondence, and respond to customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sorting, confirming & crediting of invoices.
General Office Duties (i.e. filing)
Preforms other related duties as assigned.

The CSR is sometimes responsible for performing duties beyond the normal workday.
The CSR must also sometimes investigate and resolve problems that arise with orders and deliveries.
Responsible for running the end of day / week / month processes before cut off times.
Will work on a rotating schedule for required selling holidays
