Your Opportunity: Taylor Prime Labels & Packaging, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno, CA. In this position, you will play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of and our team is well represented. Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent in related experience
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service related field
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Microsoft Experience

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of related experience and/or training
• Basic understanding of the print process along with basic paper knowledge; paper grades
• Willing to look at new and innovative ways to improve methods and processes

Responsibilities

• Take, enter, process and/or expedite orders
• Provide price estimates and quotes
• Handle service problems and questions
• Train customers on products
• Provide service feedback to management
• Prepare correspondence
• Fulfill customers' needs to ensure customer satisfaction
