The Customer Service Representative is responsible for an assigned customer base along with the administrative tasks associated with the position. Perform special requests as directed by the Customer Service Manager. Follow prescribed safety guidelines in accordance to Orafol’s Safety program. Maintains an optimal level of product quality and adheres to Orafol’s Quality Program. Each employee is expected to complete the scheduled tasks efficiently and within the designated time duration.
