Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
  • Preferred 3+ years of experience working in a customer focused environment or call center setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer information and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Team Player: A conscientious, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Character: Honesty, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule with reliable transportation.
  • Computer/software knowledge is a plus.

  • 100% onsite (in office)
  • Weekend Schedules will be remote (if informed by your manager)
  • Afternoon and Evening Availability will be required

Responsibilities

  • In-bound/Out-bound Calls: Handle a high volume of in-bound and out-bound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Booking and Scheduling: Schedule maintenance calls and appointments by booking in-bound calls and responding to customer emails.
  • Sales: Promote and sell products and services to existing customers based on their needs.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve any issues in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • Overflow Call Management: Assist in handling overflow calls to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Making 100+ Calls Daily: Maintain productivity by scheduling and confirming maintenance calls, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, scheduling details, and any sales or services rendered.
