About The Position

We’re hiring a high-energy Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact on phone, email, and chat. You’ll qualify inquiries and book service and sales appointments while keeping data accurate and the process smooth. We want you to have fun and love what you do.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service, call center, or appointment setting.
  • Comfortable with scripts, objection handling, and fast data entry.
  • High-speed internet and quiet workspace (if remote).
  • Work authorization in the U.S.

  • Excellent phone presence : conveys warmth and confidence, listens actively, and always has a smile in their voice.
  • Typing & multitasking skills: talk, take notes, and update systems simultaneously.
  • Strong grammar/spelling for email/chat.
  • Calm under pressure; solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality for a morning shift.
  • Bonus: Experience with Fieldpulse, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM/dispatch tools; home-services or appointment-setting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email/chat leads quickly and professionally.
  • Qualify needs, set expectations, and schedule service/sales appointments in our calendar/CRM.
  • Follow clear call flows and objection-handling to maximize book rate .
  • Enter detailed, accurate notes, tags, and outcomes during/after each interaction.
  • Monitor the lead queue and respond within the target SLA .
  • Route escalations, warranty/billing questions, and complex issues to the right team.
  • Perform light outbound follow-ups: missed calls, web forms, reschedules, confirmations.
  • Collaborate with dispatch/sales to keep the schedule optimized and customers informed.
