About The Position

Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company’s Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico. Astro Pak is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our Clean Room Services clients — providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and seamless project coordination from start to finish. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll manage orders, track project progress, and ensure every customer receives timely updates and outstanding support. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering results. This role works onsite at our Titusville, FL facility and has a schedule of Monday-Friday 7-3:30pm, with occasional overtime.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or related industries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic — you care about doing things right

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Provide timely updates on order status, estimated ship dates, and project progress
  • Partner with production teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Coordinates expedite requests and monitor “HOLD” jobs daily for customer updates
  • Manage customer purchase orders and portals for efficient processing
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling and billing inquiries
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws and company policies
