Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate truck arrivals and delivery updates to customers via phone and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries in real time with accurate, professional information
  • Address scheduling issues and resolve problems quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service
  • Set and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments using computer systems
  • Coordinate with customers and drivers to optimize scheduling and minimize delays
  • Balance customer needs with operational constraints to maximize efficiency
  • Monitor appointment status and proactively address conflicts
  • Enter load information and customer data into systems accurately and in real time
  • Build and maintain comprehensive customer profiles with facility details and directions
  • Research and prevent duplicate customer codes to maintain data integrity
  • Close out completed loads and ensure all documentation is properly recorded
  • Conduct EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) auditing for accuracy
  • Maintain website information and update content as needed
  • Ensure drivers have accurate directions and facility-specific information
  • Support systems that enhance customer communication and operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data entry across all systems
  • Provide proactive communication to customers regarding load status
  • Manage appointment scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain organized customer profiles and facility information
  • Ensure EDI accuracy and system integrity
