About The Position

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Are you a people person with a passion for cars and customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can be the friendly face and helpful voice of our busy dealership. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in customer service (auto industry is a plus)
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and multitasking
  • E ducation/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service (auto industry is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile
  • Schedule appointments
  • Act as a liaison between customers and service advisors
  • Check up on customers in the showroom
  • Help keep the lobby, organized, and welcoming
