About The Position

Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Exlar team! As our Customer Service Representative, you will work with various departments to meet moderately difficult maintenance services sales goals. Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. You will support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Location: Chanhassen, MN Hourly rate: $22.00 to $25.00 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Minnesota. Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service and customer support experience (industrial or manufacturing industry experience is an asset)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong computer skills required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure
  • Experience with conflict resolution and customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be a US Person

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to all areas of the company and to customers as needed on moderately complex questions
  • Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner performing account management functions.
  • Coordinates activities with other departments including import/export shipments
  • Understands requirements of various regulations and works to develop processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Provides details for pre order and post order assistance upon customer request
  • Support sales team with product quoting
