About The Position

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Call Taker to join our team. This position requires a versatile skill set, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to perform under pressure while making sound decisions. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is upheld during every client interaction. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Summer schedule requires working Saturdays with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Choice of an alternate day off from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling
  • Provide 5-star level of service to our customers
  • Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for service
  • Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring clear, consistent, and positive communication across all departments
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
