Customer Service Representative
About The Position
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative at our Geismar location. A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Along with working with Drivers, Shops, and other personnel to meet all safety criterial. This is a clerical position, includes but not limited to: answering phone calls, data collection, data entry, customer service, assisting drivers, TMW assignments, administrative duties such as filing, paperwork distribution etc.
