Core Responsibilities 1. Retailer & Sales Support: Distribute daily order reports to assigned sales representatives Serve as a communication point for retailers regarding order status, product availability, and documentation needs Maintain accurate and timely updates to internal teams 2. Order Processing & Documentation: Collect, organize, and file all order‑related paperwork Verify order accuracy and availability prior to routing Maintain digital and physical documentation systems in accordance with internal standards 3. Logistics Coordination: Calculate truck space requirements for outgoing orders Prepare routing requests and communicate with logistics partners Track shipment timelines and escalate issues as needed Work with shipping department to ensure all orders are shipping on time and in full 4.
