Responsibilities
- Be the friendly, professional, and helpful initial point of contact for all incoming customer calls.
- Confidently and efficiently book, schedule, and confirm service appointments.
- Use proven call processes and scripts while maintaining a genuinely helpful and engaging demeanor.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and actively contribute to helping our team meet and exceed scheduling goals.
- Show up every day with positivity, strong reliability, and sharp problem-solving skills.
