About The Position

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers, vendors, and internal teams. This Customer Service Representative ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and a seamless customer experience while representing Kaspar Outdoors with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Accurately enter, update, and manage customer and order data
  • Follow up on orders to ensure accuracy, delivery, and satisfaction
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism
  • Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement through customer insights
  • All other duties as assigned by management
