About The Position

We are a fast-growing event marketing and fundraising company seeking a motivated, outgoing, and people-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public and want a career that offers hands-on experience, professional development, and advancement opportunities . No experience required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and real-world experience at live events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns supporting leading nonprofit and charity organizations .

Responsibilities

  • Engage and interact with attendees at live events, brand activations, and community outreach programs
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service to guests, donors, and participants
  • Share campaign and fundraising information while confidently answering questions
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site support
  • Build strong relationships with community members, supporters, and partners
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy, and welcoming environment at all events
