We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time entry-level Customer Service Representative. The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $57,500 and is overtime eligible. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Recent two-year stable work history
  • One to three years stable work history in an administrative or customer service role.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • A strong working knowledge of computer systems with experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree or some college courses.
  • Packaging and/or manufacturing customer service experience.
  • Experience handling customer orders on an order entry system and maintaining/building strong positive customer-business relationships
  • Knowledge of web-based computer systems and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding orders, deliveries, and order statuses.
  • Processing customer orders and managing any changes or cancellations as needed.
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting product-related issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Working independently to resolve complex issues and find creative solutions.
  • Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure the continuous improvement of our customer experience.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings to provide insightful recommendations to customers.
  • Maintaining organized customer files.
  • Efficiently managing customer inventory.
  • Assist others in the department as needed when time permits.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
