Spotsylvania Animal Hospital - Customer Service Representative Spotsylvania Animal Hospital is looking for a full or part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team. At SAH we strive to foster a positive, welcoming culture that feels like family.

Responsibilities

Greet clients entering SAH promptly and professionally.
Dress professionally in clean attire. Personal appearance must be clean, neat and tasteful.
Accurately schedule appointments and surgeries.
Offer to assist clients to their vehicles with their pets / and or purchases.
Complete daily department checklists / Make sure the reception area stays neat and professional.
Organize and update client information in Avimark.
Maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards coworkers and clients.
Receive and respond / process incoming communications from clients.
Correctly and efficiently check out clients. Verify invoices are correct, present to clients and process payments on the account accurately.
Perform end of day procedures in Avimark. Prepare daily settlement of cash, check, and credit card transactions.
Call clients to remind them of appointments and surgeries.
