We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to support our residential services team during the peak winter season. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter, assisting customers with product inquiries, service needs, billing issues, and transaction support via a high volume of inbound calls.
