About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to support our residential services team during the peak winter season. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter, assisting customers with product inquiries, service needs, billing issues, and transaction support via a high volume of inbound calls. This is a remote, 6-month contract position with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Proficient in data entry and basic office equipment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot service issues and provide real-time solutions.
  • Address inquiries related to products, billing, and transactions.
  • De-escalate challenging situations and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and perform data entry tasks.
