This position pays $21-24 per hour depending on experience with performance opportunity . We are looking for the following schedules: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Saturday - Wednesday 9:30am - 6:30pm Why join THIS team? Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude

Nice To Haves

• Service Titan experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
• Data entry of s ensitive information
• General inbound customer service
