About The Position

As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and caring. Your responsibilities will include: Greet clients warmly and provide a professional, welcoming experience Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently Triage patient needs and relay relevant information to the care team Address client questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate client and patient records and manage billing and payments Support front desk organization, including filing, data entry, and keeping the reception area clean Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth patient flow Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and client-focused workplace culture

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience; veterinary, healthcare, or service-based experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfort with computer systems (practice management software a plus)
  • Genuine care for animals and a client-first mindset
