Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing environment experience a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus with a knack for assessing needs and delivering timely solutions.
  • Positive, honest, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Adaptable, action-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with customer service tools/databases.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of transactions with speed and accuracy.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact by handling inbound calls, emails, and faxes from customers, sales representatives, and brokers.
  • Follow established customer service procedures and help improve and document new processes to enhance overall service quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of business success and implement customer-focused solutions.
  • Accurately manage customer transactions and requests using internal systems and tools.
  • Communicate product and service features in relation to customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Consistently deliver a positive, solutions-oriented customer experience.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
