About The Position

We are looking for a resourceful and solution-oriented Customer Service Support Representative to join our team in Los Angeles.You will balance high-level people skills with the organizational follow-through required to manage orders and logistics. If you take pride in owning a problem from the moment it arrives until it is fully resolved, we want to meet you. This role is 100% in-office in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

  • A proven ability to take full responsibility for tasks and treat every customer issue as if it were your own to solve.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to stay calm and professional even when de-escalating high-pressure situations.
  • Natural problem-solving skills with the agility to think on your feet and propose creative solutions.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, specifically when managing order data and tracking numbers.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly between different brands and retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across email, phone, and messaging to ensure every concern is addressed with a clear and professional resolution.
  • Manage the lifecycle of an order by securing shipping approvals, processing returns, and resolving discrepancies to keep operations moving smoothly.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams like Sales, Ops, and Logistics to gather information and solve complex issues.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and order statuses within internal systems to ensure all data is up-to-date and reliable.
  • Take full ownership of customer issues from start to finish rather than passing tasks off to other departments.
  • Proactively identify workflow efficiencies and suggest improvements to the order management process.
