Position Summary Regional Wholesale Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth across Ontario. You will manage existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to our wholesale partners. Your expertise in the meat industry and ability to consult on products and solutions will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the meat industry and product applications
  • 5+ years of experience in the meat or food industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Representative role
  • 2+ years of CRM experience to track and optimize sales efforts
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for sustainable and regenerative food systems

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, acting as a trusted consultant.
  • Sales & Business Development: Promote sales to existing customers and actively identify new opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide customers with insights on the benefits and uses of our products to help them succeed.
  • Order Facilitation: Manage quotes, pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
  • CRM & Account Management: Utilize CRM tools to track performance, maintain customer records, and optimize sales efforts.
  • Ongoing Customer Support: Conduct follow-ups after sales to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth.
