The Customer Service Representative at Sanford Maverick Air Center is responsible for providing exemplary customer service, greeting customers, answering telephones, and handling incoming fuel requests. Key duties include making car and hotel reservations, scheduling arrivals and departures, driving customers, and ensuring the general cleanliness of the FBO facility. The role involves upholding high standards of quality, acknowledging all pilots and customers, directing calls, ensuring ramp access security, coordinating line service requests, and handling computer invoicing and payments. Additionally, the representative will manage Maverick Air Center's discounts and pricing, verify information in the point-of-sale system, handle fuel requests via various channels, procure transportation and catering, set up new accounts, maintain records, update fuel prices, perform fuel balancing and reconciliation, and manage cash. Maintaining a professional appearance and a clean working environment, including the lobby, conference room, hallways, restrooms, and pilot lounge, is also part of the job. The representative will ensure courtesy coffee, tea, and ice water are available and may assist customers with baggage and rental/courtesy cars.
