Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably within an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language; proficiency in French is an asset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and educators, providing clear and accurate information about school programs and services.
Assist in the enrollment process by guiding prospective students and their families through application procedures and requirements.
Maintain and update student records and databases, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflected.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for students and their families.
Handle and resolve complaints or issues in a professional manner, escalating them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
