Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Engaging potential customers and promoting company services
  • Upselling products and services to support business growth
  • Explaining service offerings clearly and confidently
  • Processing credit card payments over the phone to close sales
  • Entering customer information into internal systems with precision
