About The Position

Performs quotation processing over the phone, email and fax. Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer via email/fax. Process shipping instructions and packing lists to warehouse. Filing orders and checking customer’s open orders. Perform Physical Inventory when necessary. Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary. Support outside sales inquiry needs. (Stock and price check, open orders) Process quotation for outside sales. Process internal transfers
