Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide comprehensive service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a problem-solver for incoming calls, and assisting with scheduling services, collecting payments, and updating customer files. Additionally, the representative will make outbound calls to ensure technician schedules are full and accounts are paid.
