Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or account management experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Jan/San, Packaging, or Foodservice distribution is a bonus.
  • Bilingual skills? Even better!

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage customer orders through multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and internal departments to keep everything moving.
  • Research and recommend solutions to customer inquiries, partnering with Purchasing and manufacturer reps.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
